ABOUT ME

How I got started?

Over ten years ago, I worked behind the scenes as the button designer at a well-known local party store in St. Croix, USVI. I enjoyed designing so much, that when the store closed, I decided to buy a button machine and start my own button business in April of 2008. I really enjoyed creating original one-of-a-kind designs for each individual's event. The year I started was also an election year for the USVI and the start of me serving the political arena as well.

Why I started Personalize It!...Your Way?

I believe the customers should have an input in how their items are designed. It always bothered me when I wanted something specific and couldn't get it. They would show me a generic item and then tell me what I could or could not change. I decided that I would not have any button templates. Every button would be designed to the customers needs. I mean, It's their button, right? And each and every one of my customers are unique and their design should be too.

What makes me happy about what I do?

Seeing the amazed and excited looks on my customers' faces are priceless. They love seeing their designs in print for the first time.

1. DO YOU PERSONALIZE OTHER ITEMS?

Not at this time. I do plan to increase my inventory of items, which wlll be listed under personalized accessories when it comes available. 

2. DO YOU HAVE A TEMPLATE BOOK I CAN LOOK AT AND CHOOSE FROM?

I have a gallery that displays some of my work.  The designs I create are made specifically for the individual, company or event.

3. WHAT SHAPES AND SIZES DO YOU HAVE?

I currently carry only round shapes and two sizes. 2.25", which is the size of a soda can top and 3.5", which is a little bigger than a baseball. However, I do plan to add new shapes, sizes, and items, so sign up to the P.I.Y.W VIP  to be the first to hear about the new products.

4. DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?

Because my items are personalized, I do not give refunds unless it is a mistake that was made by me. I always send you samples to approve and ask  you to review them carefully.

5. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

Currently I ship to the continental US and the USVI, but if you live in another location please inquire. I will see if I can accommodate you.

6. WHAT SIZE PHOTO DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?

Please send in jpeg/jpg format 300dpi and greater.
